There are many ways in wich globalization is good for the world. It allows countries to get more and more developed. It makes new inventions more commonly used and expends international trade systems. We also have many new foods and spices thanks to globalization. However it does have a downside. Globalization in the past has porven to be quite harmful. Colonization for example caused many diseases (such as smallpox or syphilis) to transfer into many countries which as a result provoked many deaths. We can also blame globalization for destruction of many diffeent cultures. All in all despite many flaws I think globalization is as well as was a very good and needed occurrence.

Luckily the definition of a lady today is way different than it used to be. Nowadays woman do not have to go to debutante balls and wear funny dresses in order to be called a lady. I think today it would be enough to be polite and to know some basic rules of savoir vivre to be seen as a lady. I guess people might not really pay attention to titles anymore.
